学科组研究领域:

  1. 昆虫化学生态方向:重大林业害虫信息化学物质结构鉴定、生物合成、内源激素调控机制研究(例如,松毛虫、梢斑螟、舟蛾、尺蠖、小蠹虫、双条杉天牛等);基于重大害虫信息化学物质的引诱剂、趋避剂、拒食剂综合技术体系研发;植物-害虫/共生菌-天敌多级化学信号互作机制研究;种群爆发成灾的化学生态调控机制。

  2. 昆虫分子生态学方向:重大林业害虫种群爆发成灾的分子机制(例如,松毛虫、美国白蛾、白蜡窄吉丁);害虫信息素嗅觉受体和味觉受体鉴定及基因功能分析;针对美国白蛾等重大食叶害虫,研发RNAi分子调控技术。

  3. 昆虫毒理学方向:纳米药剂和纳米诱抗剂递送体系研发;纳米药剂生态安全性评价;寄主植物诱导抗性、代谢组学、微生物组学研究。

  4. 昆虫信息素化学合成:以昆虫源或植物源信息化学物质为模型,开展活性天然产物的鉴定、合成与修饰,开发新的高效害虫防控技术(例如,舟蛾、落叶松尺蠖、灰拟花尺蠖、切梢小蠹和松瘤小蠹)。


学科组主要学术成就概述:

我们团队有2名中国林科院杰青人才,1名中组部青年拔尖人才。团队成员先后主持10余项国家自然科学基金项目、参加多项863项目、973项目、国家重点研发计划、公益性行业科研专项项目、948引进项目、各类横向课题和国际合作项目等。现已培养20余名硕士研究生,10余名博士研究生,博士后3名,西部之光学者2名。目前在读博士研究生4人,硕士研究生2人。在国内外学术刊物发表研究论文100多篇,获国家发明专利20余项。团队成员在国内外学术组织中担任理事、副主任、委员、秘书等职务。科研工作主要针对松林、云杉林和杨树林为主的森林生态系统中的重大食叶害虫和蛀干害虫,以组学和化学生态学技术开展种群爆发成灾机制研究。针对重大生物灾害研究精确快速自动化检测、监测和治理技术,结合人工智能和大数据等技术形成害虫综合治理技术体系。
