森林病理学科组


 

学科组介绍

森林病害严重威胁着我国林业的健康发展,团队在国家总体生物安全观的指导下,围绕长期成灾、大面积严重发生的林业重大病害种类,重点解决灾害形成机理和防控技术中的瓶颈问题,聚焦松材线虫病、杨树、松树真菌性溃疡病、板栗种实病害等的鉴定、发生规律、致病机理、流行学,着重研究松材线虫病的免疫介导防控策略和产品,开发基于长喙壳真菌等微生物激发的树木抗病诱导及免疫激发技术,探究虫菌共生复合危害规律、机制,挖掘病原致病基因和寄主抗性基因,筛选病原的生防菌株,探索微生物组绿色防控林间混合潜伏侵染引发的经济林果实病害的新型绿色防控技术及产品,建立林业重大病害绿色防控技术体系,促进我国林业健康发展,维护保障国家生态安全。

 

研究队伍


吕全

男,1974年生,博士,中国林科院森环森保所首席专家,研究员,博士生导师,中国林学会森林病理分会常务理事,北京植物病理学会理事。Frontiers in microbiology等专刊编委。

主要从事森林病原物群体分化及其与害虫的复合危害机理及控制技术等相关研究,近年来主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国林科院重点项目等十余项。累计发表论文93篇,其中第一及通讯作者30篇,包括SCI论文17篇。主编及参编论著6部。培养研究生18名,曾获国奖、所优秀论文一等奖等奖项。



严东辉

男,1964年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国林学会森林病理分会常务理事,Journal of Basic Microbiology常务编委。

主要从事病原致病性分化、内生真菌及微生物组与病害防控等研究工作,先后主持有国家重点研发课题、国家自然基金项目、省重点研发项目、国家林业局和中国林科院重点项目等。获教育部科技进步一等奖、国家林业局科技成果1项、国家发明专利4项;发表中外科技论文50多篇、参编中外论著7部。



窦桂铭

男,1986年生,2017年毕业于北京林业大学,获得森林保护学博士学位,主要从事调控寄主免疫防御和诱导抗性防控林业重大病害等方面的研究,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目子任务和青年基金项目各1项,参与十三五国家重点研发子课题1项、中国林科院重点项目1项、河北省重点研发项目1项。发表论文十余篇。




王慧敏

女,1991年生,20197月毕业于中国林科院森环森保所,获得理学专业博士学位。主要从事林业蛀干害虫-微生物的共生机制及长喙壳真菌诱导增强寄主抗性等新型防治技术的相关研究,主持国家自然基金重点项目子专题和青年项目各一项,参与国家面上基金3项、重点研发计划项目2项,发表学术论文近20篇。
